Some days the Cantina serves as a place where you can chow down on some of the best Mexican food around (although Tuesday night offers cook-your-own-steak options and Thursday night the specialty is catfish). But the meat is a little tougher every other week from April until the beginning of October. That's when Dos Amigos stages bull rides, generally on Sunday afternoons, coordinated by Ruff Ride Rodeo Company and Taylor made Bucking Bulls.
